Returns and refunds

Digital products
C3 Comedy digital products are supplied electronically. No physical product is shipped.

Because digital products are made available for download after purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

If you experience a problem with your download, receive an incorrect file, or believe the digital product is defective or does not match its description, please contact us at team@c3comedy.com and we will work to resolve the issue.

Physical products
Physical merchandise, if offered, may be produced and fulfilled by third-party fulfilment partners. Return, replacement and refund arrangements may vary depending on the product and fulfilment provider and will be stated where applicable.

If a physical product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at team@c3comedy.com so we can resolve the issue.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges simply for change of mind unless otherwise stated for a particular product.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.
